Personalized Email & SMS Marketing Strategy for electromist

This project involved developing a comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategy for Electromist to nurture leads, drive conversions, and build customer loyalty.

What we've done

Lead Capture Optimisation:  Implemented strategically placed pop-up sign-up forms across the website, offering incentives like discounts to capture valuable email addresses and phone numbers from website visitors.

Klaviyo Expertise: Leveraged Klaviyo's capabilities to create targeted email campaigns and automated flows. This allowed for:

- Retargeting: Engaging website visitors who showed interest but didn't convert. This was achieved with a targeted browse abandonment flow.
- Abandoned Cart Recovery: Reconnecting with potential customers who abandoned their shopping carts, encouraging them to complete their purchase.
- Segmented Communication: Dividing email lists based on user behaviour and purchase history. This ensured each communication was tailored to specific customer needs and interests, maximising relevance and impact.

Multi-Channel Approach:  Utilised both email and SMS marketing to reach customers on their preferred platforms, enhancing campaign reach and engagement.

By implementing a personalised email and SMS marketing strategy, this project empowered Electromist to nurture leads, recover abandoned sales opportunities, and build stronger customer relationships, ultimately driving sales and customer retention.
